You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your session for a full refund of your deposit.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are

non-refundable, as we’ve reserved that time just for you.

No-shows will also result in a forfeited deposit.

Intellectual Property

Photo Rights: The customer retains all rights to the photos taken during the rental period. However, we reserve the right to use these photos for promotional purposes, including but not limited to our website, social media, and marketing materials.

Proprietary Materials: All materials provided by us, including but not limited to logos, designs, and software, remain our exclusive property. No part of these materials may be reproduced or used without our prior written consent.

Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and {{brand_name}} regarding the use of our services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
